Whole-Hearted Trust and Estate Planning Attorney Cassie Spector
Providing rugged estate planning services (built to last) in Tigard, Oregon and Damascus, Oregon
Spector Law is the trusted advisor for over 100 families across Oregon and Washington to protect their loved ones after they are gone. My obsession is in the small details that make the difference when the rubber meets the road for your Spector Law Estate Plan.
Meet Cassie Spector
Hi, I’m Cassie Spector and I’m an attorney licensed in Oregon and Washington estate planning matters for grandparents and business owners. I do things a little differently than some “out-dated” or “corporate” law firms. I prioritize human-to-human connection and personalized legal services that match your values and what matters most to you. Specifically, my goal is to deliver comprehensive services in an easy-to-understand format and without the “hassle” you might expect when you hear the word “lawyer.” Working together, we can build a comprehensive plan customized for you, create a solution grounded in your vision, and plant the seeds to grow your legacy.
Estate Planning should be easy.

Step 2: Convenient Consultation. Meet attorney Cassie Spector virtually on zoom, Spector Law’s office, at your home, at the hospital or nursing home, or another convenient location on the west side (Tigard, Bull Mountain, Beaverton, Portland, Hillsboro) or on the east side (Damascus, Gresham, Sandy, Boring, Estacada). Spector Law’s address for for Spector Law Office appointments is at the Lincoln Tower, which has plenty of free and spacious parking and is wheelchair-accessible. Spector Law’s behind the scenes office (where Spector Law does all the heavy lifting) is located in Damascus, Oregon, which is why we are able to flexibly offer services to both the west side and east side. Spector Law provides flexible, fully mobile legal services with attorney Cassie Spector and staff available evenings, weekends, and at any location—from hospitals to homes—ensuring that we make the estate planning process as convenient and easy as possible.
Step 3: Plain English Summary. Skip the legalese, Spector Law provides a summary of your estate plan in an easy to understand format so that you move forward with confidence with a clear understanding of exactly how the legal protections will take care of your family after you are gone.
Step 4: Approval, Draft Review, and Legal Review. Spector Law handles the heavy lifting, preparing all legal documents based on your specific instructions. We can send you drafts digitally or via mail.
Step 5: Signing Ceremony. You will sign your important estate planning documents. You can sign in-person or virtually. Once signed, your wishes will become legally binding and enforceable.
Step 6: Post-Signing Support. Spector Law provides asset recommendations, educational materials, and post-signing support regarding any additional questions that come up and any requested changes. Spector Law is also committed to being in business for decades to come, with a solid business succession plan behind the scenes, so you can be confident that after you are gone, Spector Law will be here to support your loved ones.
Step 7: Being A Long-Term Resource: Spector Law takes business continuity so seriously that Spector Law hired the best business succession planning attorney in Portland to prepare Spector Law’s business succession plan. That is how much I, Cassie Spector, want to make sure my clients are truly taken care of, if something happens to me there is a plan in place for my clients to be notified, and to either provide clients with continued legal services, or to provide a referral to another attorney with full transition support. Unfortunately, all too often, I have had clients come to me because their previous attorney retired, passed away, or moved away and then the family just a few years later was basically left to start over from scratch. One of my obsessive focuses is to provide life-long support to my clients, whether directly from me at Spector Law, or through the back-up plan in my business succession plan in the very unlikely event something were to happen to me.
